How we check our own work
Quality & Sourcing
Every STC product goes through our in-house quality control team before it's cleared to ship. We don't outsource this step, it's the one we're least willing to get wrong.
Where our materials come from
Leather: Our leather is purchased from the finest tanneries in Kolkata and Italy ensuring the best quality.
Hardware: We use the best machinery purchased from China, to produce goods up to the standards that our buyers need and require.
Certified sourcing: 100% of our leather comes from an LWG certified, Silver-rated tannery, and around 15% of our production uses eco or vegetable-tanned leather.
How we check quality
Our quality team inspects materials at every stage, from incoming raw leather through to final dispatch, not just at the end of the line.
Finished pieces are checked for stitching, structural integrity and finish before packing. Every product is handcrafted with the kind of attention that comes from experienced hands who've done this for years.
Packaging is matched to what each customer needs: cardboard boxes, cartons or dust bags, at the weight, capacity and labelling they ask for.
